Dear Parents:

We appreciate you entrusting your child to us at the Great Lakes Soccer Academy . The purpose of our camp is to provide the best instruction possible so your child will improve his/her skills as a soccer player. The hard work and effort your child puts into camp will reflect what he/she gets out of camp.

Please find the camp your son/daughter is attending for more information regarding camp.

Our staff is looking forward to working with your child.

Sincerely,
Brent Ridenour

NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL: If your child is not able to attend camp, we would appreciate you calling us as soon as this is determined. Also, we would appreciate a call if your child will be late for registration. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.

BALANCE DUE : If you did not pay the full amount of camp when you registered, the balance will be due on the first day of camp. We will try to send an email to you a few days prior to the start of camp to give you the amount owed. Please make checks payable to "Great Lakes Soccer Academy."
